After using Mad Hippie’s Vitamin C serum and Hydrating Nutrient Mist for a week, I can honestly say these are some my favorite products I’ve ever used on my face. I can’t say, after only a week, if they’ve made any real changes to my skin or any of my fine lines and wrinkles or not, however. That will take time.
After my cat showed interest in sniffing the boxes when I unboxed the items that were mailed to me, I was interested as well to see if there was any scent and there wasn’t much of one. I like that, because I’m not a big fan of scented products and having to coordinate all the scents so that you don’t smell like a walking fragrance counter at Macy’s.
When I used the Hydrating Nutrient Mist, it sprayed out of the bottle very well and didn’t clog up the sprayer, which frankly is what I had expected. It felt very silky on my skin and I was able to massage it in quite easily.
The Vitamin C serum felt a bit more oily than the Nutrient Mist, but not so greasy that I wondered why on earth I was putting more grease on my already oily face. I typically massaged it into my under eye area and it made the area feel more refreshed and definitely more moisturized.
On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Mad Hippie’s products at an 8 out of 10. This is something that I will definitely consider purchasing for myself in the future as part of my daily beauty routine and I sincerely thank Mad Hippie for giving me the chance to try and review their products.
